Heritage Finance has been a regular supporter of the Bus & Coach Association NSW (BusNSW), is a BusNSW associate member, and has also been a Gold Partner of BusNSW for the last two years. Michael Seward, Adam Begg and Bart Calman, from Heritage Finance have supported BusNSW with their attendance and participation at conferences, seminars and functions and all are always eager to provide their services to BusNSW Members.

Heritage Finance was recently involved with the inaugural Australian Bus and Coach Show via a high quality display booth where staff was available to answer questions regarding fleet and asset finance.

Bus reform in NSW provided Heritage Finance with an opportunity to become involved with BusNSW. In the confused environment following the signing of the metropolitan contracts in 2005, Heritage Finance was able to come up with a number of innovative finance solutions and BusNSW members were the beneficiaries.

A feature of their involvement was to organise a series of “Financier Seminars” at BusNSW to explain the complexity of the bus reform contracts and funding model to a number of financial institutions. Heritage has instigated these seminars for metropolitan/outer-metropolitan contracts and more recently for the rural and regional contracts.
Today Heritage Finance are recognised as one of the industry’s specialist bus financiers who provide specific expertise in the arranging of asset based finance and structuring of facilities to match and reflect asset life terms. They are leading the market in new bus financing, new bus finance structuring and bus industry acquisition financing.

Heritage Finance records their calendar highlights for 2008 to include funding of 242 new buses Australia wide, arranged funding for four complex bus acquisition finance projects, settlement of $203m in equipment/vehicle finance and settlement of $104m in banking/industrial property transactions.

Whilst Heritage Finance is a relatively new participant in the NSW bus industry, they have been involved in the bus and coach industry in other states for some time.
